with 3/4 Loft

• 9ft. high log walls, hand peeled, scribe fitted and insulated Englemann Spruce logs with an average diameter of 12 to 14 inches.

• Norwegian shrink fit saddle notches at the corners, with fiberglass insulation for a warm weather tight fit.

• log support beam and log floor joists for the upper floor. Joists pre-flattened to accept flooring.

• log ridge and purlins for the roof system cut at the correct roof pitch.

• steel through bolts at corners, door, large window openings, and sufficient drift pins.

• all window and door openings cut out, key wayed and flared back, ready for simple installation of units.

• one set of interior log stairs (Mortise & Tenon Const.).

• log hand rails and log pickets for interior stairs, open loft area and basement stairwell.

• ends of all logs sanded, chamfered and curled on top.

• working blueprints as per plan.

• labour to assist in the re-erection of log shell (1-2 days for the average home).
