10 ft. 6 in. high log walls hand peeled, scribe fitted and insulated Englemann Spruce logs with an average diameter of 12 to 14 inches. Norwegian shrink fit saddle notches at the corners, with fiberglass insulation for a warm weather tight fit. log beams with log post and log floor joists flattened on top to support framed loft floor above. log ridges and "decorative" purlins flattened on top to support framed roof over the entire structure cut at the correct roof pitch. log beams with log posts to support over the screened porch area. steel through bolts at corners, door and large window openings, and sufficient drift pins. |
