10 ft. high log walls, hand peeled, scribe fitted and insulated Englemann Spruce logs with an average diameter of 12 to 14 inches. Norwegian shrink fit saddle notches at the corners, with fiberglass insulation for a warm weather tight fit. log support beams, log floor joists for the upper floor. Joists pre-flattened to accept flooring. log ridge, purlins and support posts for the roof system cut at the correct roof pitch. 5 archways cut into log walls as per drawing. steel through bolts at corners, door and large window openings, and sufficient drift pins. one set of exterior log stairs (Mortise & Tenon Const.). |
all window and door openings cut out, key wayed and flared back, ready for simple installation of units. one set of interior log stairs (Mortise & Tenon Const.) with landing. log hand rails and log pickets for interior stairs, exterior stairs, open loft area, upper balcony and basement stairwell. ends of all logs sanded, chamfered and curled on top. working blueprints as per plan. labour to assist in the re-construction of log shell.
