• 8 ft. 6 in.high log walls hand peeled, scribe fitted and insulated Englemann Spruce logs with an average diameter of 12 to 14 inches.

• Norwegian shrink fit saddle notches at the corners, with fiberglass insulation for a warm weather tight fit.

• log support beams and log support post for the carport and covered entry areas.

• steel through bolts at corners, door and large window openings, and sufficient drift pins.

• all window and door openings cut out, key wayed and flared back, ready for simple installation of units.

• log ridge, purlins, log truss and log support beams to support roof over living room, cut at the correct roof pitch.

• ends of all logs sanded, chamfered and curled on top.

• working blueprints as per plan.

• labour to assist in the re-construction of log shell.
