• 9 ft. 6 in. high log walls hand peeled, scribe fitted and insulated Englemann Spruce logs with an average diameter of 12 to 14 inches.

• Norwegian shrink fit saddle notches at the corners, with fiberglass insulation for a warm weather tight fit.

•log post, log support beams and log floor joists for the upper floor. Joists pre-flattened to accept flooring.

• steel through bolts at corners, door and large window openings, and sufficient drift pins.

• one set of interior log stairs (Mortise & Tenon Const.).

• bolted log truss for roof support.

• all window and door openings cut out, key wayed and flared back, ready for simple installation of units.

• log ridge, purlins for the roof system cut at the correct roof pitch.

• log hand rails and log pickets for interior stairs, open loft area, upper balconies and basement stairwell.

• ends of all logs sanded, chamfered and curled on top.

• working blueprints as per plan.

• labour to assist in the re-construction of log shell.
